Helping Clients Relocate to Augusta
With many people looking to relocate to Augusta GA, July was a very busy month for me! I am always thankful and happy to help clients that are going to relocate to Augusta GA from other parts of the United States. One client is in the process of PCS’ing to Fort Grodon and the other client is moving from Connecticut to be closer to family. Both clients were interested in the Grovetown and Evans area for different reasons.
Many people relocate to Augusta GA for a variety of reasons…
My client PCS’ing to Fort Gordon was mostly interested in new construction homes that are a short commute time to post. In trying to stay within a certain budget, Grovetown offered the best deals for square footage, subdivision amenities and price. After looking at a variety of homes in the area, my client decided to build the home of her dreams and selected to do so in Hidden Creek. That neighborhood is quickly growing and offered all of the amenities, (most importantly the swimming pool), she was looking for in a subdivision.
My other clients, who are moving to the area from Connecticut, had a list of homes saved as favorites on my website for us to look at during their house hunting trip. These homes were a mix of new construction and resale homes in the Grovetown and Evans area. Since they had a few specific items that needed for their home, they decided to build from the ground up in Willow Oaks Village subdivision. This neighborhood is one of the few where you can find one-story ranch style homes being built. They also liked that the subdivision has a walking trail and will have a swimming pool due to open by next summer.
One of the services I offer my clients that are relocating into the area and having a new home built is checking up on the progress frequently during construction and sending them photos. This helps to keep them informed on the progress of their home and creates a virtual scrap book as well.
