Over the past month I have watched all these trees disappearing while the crews have been clearing the land and digging trenches which look to be the makings for water or sewer pipes.  One of the most puzzling things was the number of logging trucks I kept seeing coming up the road with more trees than were on that piece of property.  So as the curious real estate agent that I am, I started doing some research and digging thru the tax records for recent sales and transfers of land.

The buyer of the piece of property on the corner of Wrightsboro Road and Trudeau Trail is CSRA Investments LLC located here in the local area.  This piece of land contains 34.01 acres.  I am wondering what exactly is going to be built: a subdivision, town houses or could it be a small retail area.  I am going to do some more research to see what I can find out.  But if you know, please post a comment below.

Now to answer the questions about the other trees that I saw coming down the road on those logging trucks.  I drove down Wrightsboro Rd towards Pumpkin Center and saw that they are clearing out the trees along the side of the road for about a two miles.  This area started just past Euchee Creek Subdivision.  There are lots of pipe laying along the side of the cleared area which appears to be for new water lines or sewer lines.  Again, if you know what is going on please post a comment.  After all curious minds want to know!
