Wow, how time flies! I have been working on a new website and didn’t get around to posting my market report for June! So here are the stats for June 2010 for the Grovetown GA Area.Sales during the month of June were almost even with May when 96 single family and townhouses closed compared to 97 for June. I believe this is due to the housing bubble from the first time home buyer tax credit that has just ended. Here are the stats for the area very quickly.Grovetown 2CO:

- 58 Pending (Under Contract and waiting to close)
- $192,348 Average Sales Price
- 149 Average Days on Market
Grovetown 4CO:
- 49 Sold
- 263 Currently For Sale
- 68 Pending (Under Contract and waiting to close)
- $179,486 Average Sales Price
- 132 Average Days on Market
The leaders in the area were once again neighborhoods with new construction.
