Homes with basements can be hard to find here in Augusta GA. Most Basement homes in this area will be built on a sloped lot and be considered a daylight basement or walkout basement. The amount of rock makes it difficult to excavate the land to build a traditional basement home in Augusta.

Please use my search link Augusta Homes with Basements to find a the home you are searching for. You can request to view any of these homes from the property detail page or call Susan MacEwen at 706-294-6795.
